Please find below all important information regarding your valued lesson/class payment to RDFC.

Most of our Adult Dance and Fitness classes are charged in block course payments. Your payment secures your place and is non transferable / refundable.

JOINING US FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS? You can pay as you play for your first session with us at the single lesson price. Your one off payment is non transferable / refundable or exchangeable.

121 / PRIVATE LESSON PAYMENT - Please check out our 121 Lesson Policy located on our RDFC Reception notice boards!

CLASS PAYMENT- After your first session with us your class will be charged on a monthly payment. This payment offers you a more cost effective / competitive class price and secures your place in your chosen class. The payment qualifies you to one exchange, per class, per month if you miss a class. Please see our exchange policy for more information. All class payments are non-transferable or refundable. Class refunds and monetary transfer will not be issued. No holiday credits are given.

If classes are cancelled / amended by RDFC for ANY reason at all (including weather and natural happenings beyond our control) an exchange / alternative session will be offered or rescheduled. If you are unable to attend this or unable to find a suitable alternative your payment will be forfeited. Cancelled classes will not entitle you to a refund.

Before the start of each month you will receive your calender classes total based on the upcoming calender month via message/text. Please pay correctly by the specified date. Any incorrect payments will incur an admin fee and if payment is not received on time late fees will be incurred.

BACS and Cash Payment accepted.
Exchange Policy
Your monthly payment entitles you to one exchange per class, per month. Please notify reception to organise. Classes can be exchanged for any appropriate alternative class of any style within the same calendar month.

Exchanges can be issued for holidays, missed classes, or cancellations. As a last resort, classes may be exchanged for 1-2-1 lesson time. This is a costly and time-intensive exercise for the RDFC team. In some extremely unique cases, it is at the teacher’s discretion to offer this.

If the RDFC team agrees to exchange your time in this way, the monetary value of the exchanged classes (minus an admin fee) will be converted into 1-2-1 lesson time at the ‘one-off’ premium booking price.

No exchanges are offered for team classes due to the nature of the session.
1-2-1 & Private Lesson Policy
Private lesson fees are due either at the start of the month if you have a regular monthly timed slot, or in advance of your lesson upon booking. Time slots are booked and secured when payment is received.
We have two different price bands for private lessons, 1st is for block booking of 3 or more / monthly booking of lessons, the higher price band is for lessons booked as a one off slot. If a lesson has not been paid for in the 24 hours leading up to the allocated slot an admin fee will be added onto the costs. Any late payment will incur extra charges.
A 24-hour notice period is required for a cancellation of ALL private lessons. Any one-off lesson bookings are non-transferable or exchangable due to the nature of the booking. Any one who has committed to a block of lessons / has a regular monthly slot are eligible for one reschedule per block/month provided the cancellation follows the 24-hour notice window.
If you cannot attend due to illness or last a last minute emergency and have to cancel without the required notice, your lesson payment will still be processed and charged. Depending on the circumstances of each cancellation, it is at the teachers discretion, consideration and availability if some or all of this time can be rescheduled.
If you know you have an event, holiday or any other planned absence that will affect your private lesson schedule, please give us as much notice as possible. This gives us ample time to plan accordingly. Telling us at the beginning of the month when your calender totals are sent is not a sufficient amount of notice.
